There are so many takes on racism, Michelle, and I believe its an extension of kindness, or lack of it. I wouldn't say systemic racism doesn't exist; I would never label a person who believes in it in any way. This is simply my perspective. I've never been to Jupiter, or even to Vancouver, but I don't discount their existence. I'm not sorry you clicked on this article, and won't speculate as to why you feel that way - but I am glad you did, so that we could continue the conversation.
