I have not read that, friend. Forgive my ignorance — is it a book? If so I need to find it on Amazon. It’s so much easier to converse with the folks we agree with, isn’t it? But there’s no growth there — only reinforcement that we must be right. The longer we can talk without giving up with an F — — you or another insult, the better. But even if that comes out … we can choose to bypass it and stick to the conversation.

I especially like the point you made that action for change is a necessary next step. Where can two sides find a middle ground? There’s always a middle ground, even in the toughest of fights.
