I had to throw on a ball cap recently and was asked what’s up with my hair — and to be honest, I like that. It was awesome to see and reveal a bit of home life with people I love to work with.

I’m wearing a Florida Marlins bucket hat at the moment and would no qualms going full-on video. Also, loved when a work crush was on a call and kept rocking herself in her rocking chair. Probably would have been annoying for anyone else!

I also appreciate your perspective on this. You’re right, home is private. And the one who should decide what to reveal and what not to — should totally be your call.
