As a youth soccer coach, I’ve noticed that girls seem to work smarter than boys. They’re more thoughtful of their energy expenditure and tactics at a younger age than their male counterparts. All three of my daughters have become even stronger by pushing themselves to their best competing with boys — the competition seems to sharpen their sense of building strength physically and mentally.
